I’ve recently welcomed a new family in my counselling practice.
They’re looking to make a switch from a predominantly vegetarian diet towards a fully vegan one and wanted to know how to do this while ensuring that both them and their kids continue to get enough of all the nutrients they need.
They were especially curious about how to put together quick yet balanced vegan meals that their kids would actually want to eat.
So in the video below, I thought I’d share some of the tips I shared with them as well as some of the vegan meal ideas that I currently rely on to feed my vegan toddler. I hop that it’ll give you some inspiration as to vegan meal ideas for your own kids.
